| | Language Justice Convening |
| | Calling all housing organizations, service providers and government agencies serving multilingual communities! To advance language justice in the provision of housing services and conversations about the future of housing in our communities, we've partnered with Noemi Gonzalez-Rocha, a Licensed Trainer of The Community Interpreter International, to offer a week-long, in person, community interpreter training program. This 40-hour certificate program will equip housing and service professionals with essential interpreting skills and best practices for promoting equitable access and civic engagement in diverse communities. |

| | County to Pursue Community Education About Article 34 |

| Last Wednesday, San Mateo County’s Board of Supervisors heard an informational session on a prospective measure to authorize affordable homes pursuant to Article 34 of the California constitution. Over the coming months, the County will pursue an education and listening program with the cities of San Mateo County to develop a measure to be placed on a ballot in a future election year. |
