Community Listening Session Recruitment

Thank you for being part of our community. We cannot do this work without you; we want to hear your voice!

We at HLC are working with the Center of Excellence in Nonprofits (CEN) to diversify our work. CEN will host and facilitate community listening sessions and are asking for your participation in sharing your experiences with us. Due to the nature of the conversation during the listening sessions, we ask that participants commit for the full 60 minutes; this is to ensure trust and confidentiality remains.

If you would like to join on Thursday, September 16 from 12-1pm, please email Leora at leora@hlcsmc.org for more details.

The Center of Excellence in Nonprofits (CEN), (www.cen.org) is an antiracist organization committed to leading with racial equity in mind in all that they do. CEN believes strongly that by centering inclusion, diversity, equity, access, and liberation (IDEAL) principles with a sense of belonging, they’ll address the structural and institutional issues the nonprofit sector has as a whole.
