Turn Holes into Homes in Foster City!

Foster City has been discussing the fate of their publicly-owned Mariners Point Golf Center, and one of the options is to turn it into homes. If they decide to allow homes on the site, 20% of them would have to be affordable. The site could accommodate about 300 homes in total.

But the opposition to this proposal is well-organized. The petition to "save the golf course" has over 4,000 signatures!

If you’d like to join our fight to turn this golf course into affordable homes, please contact Ken at kchan@hlcsmc.org.

Support A Safe Parking Lot in Pacifica!

Pacifica City Council will be weighing options around the implementation of a Safe Parking program in the very near future and opposition has been very vocal.

With such a limited availability of quality affordable homes in the area, this program has the potential to provide our community members with a much-needed step towards permanent housing. Our neighbors need your help.

If you would like to submit a letter in support, please contact Ken at kchan@hlcsmc.org
